INACIO URBAN, BRAZIL

Origin: Brazil
Region: Cerrado, Minas Gerais
Varietal: Aramosa
Process: Natural

We’re welcoming in a new year with a truly exceptional coffee.

This coffee is produced by the Urban family, who have two generations working across their 1,755-hectare farm in the renowned coffee-growing region of Minas Gerais, Brazil.

The variety, Aramosa, is naturally low in caffeine, containing just 0.7- 0.8%, around half that of most coffee varietals. It offers a gentler caffeine experience without compromising on flavour.

The cherries are hand-picked and undergo a 36-hour aerobic fermentation, before being sun-dried for 15 days to develop their flavour.

The result? An all-day drinker with rich milk chocolate notes, balanced by the natural sweetness of honey and golden raisin. Rich, chocolatey and sweet, it’s everything you want from a Brazilian coffee.

How long does the coffee last?

Typically, the coffee you’ll receive will have been roasted within 10 days. We recommend the coffee be consumed within 5 weeks (although it can still taste great after this).
What grind should I choose?

Typically, fine grind is for espresso machines however, for low pressure machines like SMEG, Dualit and the smaller Sage machines we recommend medium grind. All other brewing equipment like Cafetiere, Moka Pot, Aeropress, V60 are best with medium grind. Please get in touch if you are having issues with the grind.
What if I am not happy?

We always love to hear from you and consider feedback a gift whether it's good or bad. If you are missing an item or have received an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us immediately by emailing our team at orders@volcanocoffeeworks.com.As coffee is a perishable product, we're unable to take any returns once dispatched. However, we recommend trying a 200g bag on your first order and if you don't like it, you can return it via our can Taste Guarantee policy. We aim to respond to all emails within 24hr Mon-Fri. When will I get my order?

Our orders are sent via Royal Mail 48hrs or DHL. You have an option to select this at the checkout. Orders are despatched the next working day (or the same day with DHL Tracked orders placed before 12pm). Any subscription order is dispatched by Royal Mail 48hr.
