For April, we’ve chosen a beautifully chocolatey coffee, perfect for Easter celebrations.

Sourced from Espírito Santo, the second-largest coffee-producing state in Brazil, this region has a long history of coffee farming. The coffee is grown by Francisco José Cezati and his family. Born and raised on the farm, Francisco is now 71 and still running it today. During harvest season, the family’s days begin at 4am, and whatever the weather, their dedication to coffee never stops.

As a honey-processed coffee, the cherries have been de-pulped but dried without washing. This method leaves the stick mucilage around the bean, giving the coffee an almost honey-like sweetness.

Highlighting the best of Brazilian coffee, this cup is rich and smooth, with deep milk chocolate notes, hints of hazelnut, and toffee sweetness.
