With more than 15 years of experience training hundreds of groups each year across all kinds of hospitality settings, we bring structure, clarity and results.

Our education is delivered in two streams:

On-site and roastery group training: Bookable sessions from beginner to advanced coffee making and even technical skills. These are structured, tiered and refined through years of hands-on experience.
Internationally certified training: Our Head of Education, Raquel Mezquita, leads globally recognised Specialty Coffee Association modules, providing internationally accredited training for professional development.
