How do I brew pour over coffee?

We recommend grinding your coffee fresh, however if you don’t have a grinder you can buy coffee ground for filter brewing on our website. Follow our pour over brew guide for recipes and tips to get the best flavour from your coffee.

How long will my order take to arrive?

We aim to dispatch all orders the next working day, or the same day for DHL orders made before 12pm. Depending on your courier option, your coffee will be delivered within 2–4 working days. We will send you an email once your order is on the way. Please contact us if you are still waiting for your coffee order.

What delivery options do you have?

Orders are sent via Royal Mail with delivery in 2–4 working days or DHL with delivery in 2 working days for orders placed before 12pm. You can select your preferred option at checkout. Orders are dispatched the next working day. Subscription orders are dispatched by Royal Mail with 2–4 working day delivery.

How do you clean an espresso machine?

Follow the manufacturer's guide for cleaning your espresso machine. We recommend cleaning after each use and performing a deeper clean at least once a month.
