This winter, we’ve joined forces with our neighbours, Brixton Brewery to launch our co-branded Ground Control Cortado Stout, a beer that celebrates our two brands' passion for bold flavours, sustainability, and the local spirit of our south London neighbourhood.
This unique beverage combines a super smooth stout brewed by Brixton Brewery with our Brazilian single-origin Sombra coffee. The result is a seriously bold beer with warming notes of dark chocolate, plum and roasted malt that’s perfect for beer and coffee lovers alike.
The name, Ground Control pays homage to our shared home, using reference to our most famous Brixton resident, David Bowie, as well as referencing to our very own ground-cover Sombra agroforestry project in Brazil, cultivating a vibrant forest ecosystem where coffee plants and birdlife can thrive together.
