This month, we're introducing our Roaster's Choice coffee box subscribers to this coffee from Ethiopia. This coffee has an iced tea, maple syrup sweetness, balanced by mandarin-like citrus acidity.

Bale Mountain Farm is located in Ethiopia’s Nensebo district, inside Bale Mountains National Park. This farm has been making a name for coffee in the region since Israel Degra rehabilitated and replanted 75 hectares of coffee trees on the farm in 2014.
