A taste of Brixton
We're all about championing and partnering with our fellow independent local brands - and our latest, with Brixton's own Market Row Rum, is no exception. After mutual tastings and tours (yes, we took one for the team), the guys at Market Row Rum have created fresh, delicious cocktail that balances our coffee with their rum perfectly. Just don't call it an espresso martini.
Market Row Rum source high end Caribbean rums then re-distill them in Brixton with botanicals sourced solely from traders in the local area - similar to how we hand roast our coffee in Brixton.
Ingredients (1 serving):
- 40ml Market Row Rum
- 15ml Creme de Cacao
- 15ml Hibiscus Syrup
- 30ml Rum Coffee Espresso (or similar)
- Ice
Method:
- Shake all the ingredients hard in a cocktail shaker
- Pour into your favourite glass and serve straight away
Optional: garnish with a dark chocolate covered cherry
