We've developed the ultimate easy ice cream recipe for you. 3 ingredients. 3 steps. And no fancy ice cream machine needed. We've chosen our The Mount Blend for this recipe owing to the silky, milk chocolate and rich caramel tasting notes - everything you could want for an ice cream.
Ingredients
- 300ml double cream
- 175g condensed milk
- 2 shots of espresso (we suggest Mount Blend or The Brixton pods)
Makes approx. 800ml
Method
- Whisk all the ingredients together until you have a latte-coloured airy mixture.
- Pour into a freezer-proof container and freeze until solid (best left overnight).
- Serve straight from the freezer - as it is, or we highly recommend topping with chocolate or salted caramel sauce.
This is best eaten within a week, but it can be kept in the freezer for up to one month (if you've somehow managed to resist eating it all by then).
