A scoop of summer
Summer is in full swing, so we’ve teamed up with Ice Cream Union to celebrate it with two of our favourite things: seriously good coffee and ice cream.
Our Summer Limited Edition coffees were inspired by nostalgic ice cream flavours, so it only felt right to take things full circle. Together with Ice Cream Union, we’ve transformed our Caramel Crunch coffee into a limited-edition Caffe Latte ice cream.
Available from 12 August across Ice Cream Union Parlours, while stocks last.
From coffee to scoop
Sweet, smooth and chocolatey, Caramel Crunch is our take on an indulgent summer coffee, with notes of caramel, hazelnut and milk chocolate.
The coffee comes from Bosque Lya farm in Santa Ana, Western El Salvador, where the high altitude and tropical climate help develop its natural sweetness and complexity.
It’s delicious brewed hot or over ice, but this summer we wanted to try something a little different. Ice Cream Union has taken the flavours we love in the cup and turned them into a creamy Caffe Latte ice cream made using Caramel Crunch.

We’ll be celebrating the collaboration from 12 August across Ice Cream Union Parlours, while stocks last.
And on Friday 14 August from 1pm, our founder Kurt and the Volcano team will be at Ice Cream Union’s Ganton Street Parlour for a special afternoon of coffee, ice cream and a few extra Caramel Crunch serves.
