About: Natural Fitness Food
Based inside London’s luxury gyms, Third Space, Natural Fitness Food caterers to it’s fitness-focused customers, serving up delicious and healthy food and drinks. They offer a delicious array of salads, healthy sweet treats, coffees and shakes (our favourite is of course the Volcanic Greens, which includes Volcano coffee, almond butter, spinach and vanilla protein powder – the perfect way to start your morning!) We caught up with Natural Fitness Food’s head of retail, Moa, to find out more about their cafes and why they chose to use Volcano coffee.
Tell us about your business.
At Natural Fitness Food we believe in nutrition made simple, from our made-to-order shakes by our fantastic team at our Natural Fitness Food counters as well as our meals, hand prepared from scratch by chefs in our South London kitchen. We use high quality, natural ingredients, packed with flavour, nutritionally conscious and always fresh. Healthy doesn't have to be boring.
Why did you choose to work with Volcano?
Who we work with is important for us. Just as we use high quality ingredients in our meals, shakes and snacks working with Volcano aligns with our ethos. Not only is it a great tasting product, but ethically sourced and sustainable with a people focus which we love. With this partnership, we are elevating the offering to our customers.
Which Volcano coffee do you serve and why?
We’re serving our own Natural Fitness Food coffee; a single origin coffee from Fazenda Mio in Brazil. The process of choosing the right bean for us included taste testing as well as working closely with the Volcano team and trialling different options through our equipment. This Brazilian coffee was the winner for us with its beautiful tasting notes of toffee, dark chocolate and plum.
What is your most popular coffee order?
Flat Whites are by far our most popular coffee order, with oat milk and dairy milk being equally requested!
