Based in the heart of the Whitechapel, Être is the perfect place to grab a coffee and escape the chaos of the city. Known for it’s beautiful interior, in-house bakery and of course speciality coffee, we wanted to chat with the owner, Shueb to find out more about his café and experience using Volcano coffee.
Tell us about your business.
Être is a speciality coffee and baked goods shop. Our goal is to provide more than just great beverages and treats we offer a welcoming atmosphere, attentive service, and real value to the community we serve.
Why did you choose to work with Volcano?
Volcano are proudly independent and we share a lot of the same values. Volcano have a vision to bring the best ethically sourced coffee from around the world, our vision is to serve this coffee to the communities we’re part of. Communities that deserve better coffee and better experiences than they are currently offered.
What Volcano coffee do you serve?
We currently serve Firehouse Blend, which we love for it’s rich chocolatey flavour and are exploring how to introduce the Mount Blend.
What is your favourite coffee order to make?
Flat white with regular milk! Not only do we get rave reviews for the flavour of our coffees (thanks to Volcano) but we regularly get great feedback on how well we texture our milks, especially the flat whites.
