About: DropShot Coffee
With 4 sites around London, Dropshot is a real hidden gem of the South West. As an independent speciality coffee shop, they offer a wonderful drinks menu as well as brunch and baked goods. Open on weekdays and weekends, it’s perfect for your morning coffee run or Sunday brunch plans. As one of our long-standing customers, we wanted to chat with the owner, Ed to find out more about DropShot and why they chose to use Volcano coffee.
Tell us about your business.
DropShot has been running for 6 years now and we have grown to 4 shops in the South West London area. We are a family-run business which relies very heavily on our fantastic staff members. We have 2 shops that have a full brunch set up and our original shop in Southfields is just down the road from Wimbledon tennis, hence the nod to our slight tennis-themed cafe.
Why did you choose to work with Volcano?
We worked with Volcano when we first set up 6 years ago when Myles was our account manager. Over the years, we have just followed him around to wherever he has worked and thankfully he is back now with Volcano so as usual, we have followed him back there! Relationships are very important to me and we have loved working with Myles over the years. The personal approach rather than just feeling like another client is a very important part of our relationship.
What Volcano coffee do you serve?
Currently we are using Fullsteam Espresso which is quickly becoming a customer favourite.
What is your favourite coffee order to make?
You can’t beat a flat white in a sit-in cup. There is something nostalgic and comforting about a regular flat white and they will always be my favourite drink to make!
