What do you do for Volcano?
I'm Volcano's Finance & Ops Director.
Ok, what do you really do?
I look after the “you give us money, we give you quality coffee” process.
How do you drink your coffee?
Flat white, please!
What job did you do before this?
I was a number cruncher for Trainline.
What’s some of the best advice you’ve ever been given?
Life isn’t always easy.

Poor customer service.

I used to be the accountant for an ethical elephant tourism operation in Laos.
