For over 10 years, we've partnered with WeWork to operate permanent and semi-permanent barista stations across London and beyond.
Today 80 Volcano baristas serve 168,421 cups of coffee each month across 32 locations.
This is speciality coffee delivered at serious scale - without compromising on quality, training or reliability.

Eighty trained baristas operating as a connected network represents one of the largest concentrated pools of specialty barista talent in the city.
Retention, training, mobility, and shared standards are built into the structure.

The Coffee
The Blend Behind It
Every cup served is our Rise Up blend — bold, smooth and chocolatey.
Rise Up includes coffee sourced in partnership with Rebuild Women’s Hope in the Democratic Republic of the Congo — an organisation using coffee as a vehicle for education, healthcare, and long-term economic opportunity across local communities.
To date, the work supports more than 15,000 women and their families.
