35ml Dark Rum
150ml Tonic Water
Ice and Orange to Serve
1) Add all the ingredients except the tonic into a shaker with ice and shake until well-chilled
2) Strain into a highball glass over large ice cubes
3) Top with tonic and stir gently
4) Garnish with an orange
