Wild Horse Nine x Volcano Coffee Works Prize Draw
Terms & Conditions
1. Promoter
The promoter is Full Steam Espresso Ltd trading as Volcano Coffee Works, 244 Ferndale Road, Brixton, London, SW9 8FR (the “Promoter”).
2. Eligibility
The Prize Draw is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over.
Employees of the Promoter, Searchlight Pictures, Picturehouse Cinemas, their immediate families, agencies and anyone professionally connected with the Prize Draw are not eligible to enter.
3. Promotion period
The Prize Draw opens on 21st October 2026 and closes at 11:59pm on Friday 13th November 2026 (the “Closing Date”).
Entries received after the Closing Date will not be accepted.
4. How to enter
To enter the Prize Draw, entrants must complete the entry form on the Wild Horse Nine campaign page on the Volcano Coffee Works website during the Promotion Period.
No purchase is necessary. Internet access is required.
There is a limit of one entry per person. Automated, bulk, duplicate or fraudulent entries will not be accepted.
Entrants may also choose to opt in to receive marketing communications from Volcano Coffee Works. Marketing consent is optional and is not a condition of entry into the Prize Draw.
5. The prize
There will be 3 winners.
Each winner will receive:
- One Wild Horse Nine merchandise bundle
- One bag of Volcano Coffee Works’ limited-edition Easter Island Blend
- 2 Picturehouse cinema tickets
The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and no cash alternative will be offered.
Picturehouse cinema tickets are subject to Picturehouse’s applicable booking terms, screening availability and any relevant exclusions.
If circumstances outside the Promoter’s reasonable control make it necessary to do so, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute any element of the prize with an alternative of equal or greater value.
6. Winner selection
The 3 winners will be selected at random from all valid entries received during the Promotion Period.
The draw will take place within 5 working days of the Closing Date.
The selection process will be carried out fairly and the Promoter will retain evidence of the winner selection process.
7. Winner notification
Winners will be contacted using the email address provided when entering the Prize Draw within 5 working days of the Closing Date.
Each winner must respond within 5 working days of the Promoter’s initial notification.
If a winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within the stated period, is unable to accept the prize or is found to be ineligible, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner at random from the remaining valid entries.
8. Prize fulfilment
The Promoter will contact each winner to obtain any information reasonably required to fulfil the prize.
Physical prizes will be sent to the UK delivery address supplied by the winner.
Picturehouse cinema tickets will be provided to the winner directly and remain subject to booking availability and Picturehouse’s applicable terms.
The Promoter is not responsible for a winner’s ability to secure tickets for a particular cinema, date or screening.
9. Personal information
Personal information supplied in connection with the Prize Draw will be used for the administration of the promotion, winner selection and prize fulfilment in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy.
Where entrants choose to opt in to receive marketing communications from Volcano Coffee Works, this consent will be collected separately and may be withdrawn at any time.
Personal data will not be shared with third parties other than where reasonably necessary to administer or fulfil the Prize Draw, or where required by law.
10. Winner information
The Promoter may make available information identifying the winners where required under applicable promotional marketing rules.
Entrants may object to some or all of their information being made available by contacting the Promoter. The Promoter may nevertheless be required to provide winner information to the Advertising Standards Authority or another relevant regulator upon request.
11. General
The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant where it has reasonable grounds to believe they have breached these Terms & Conditions, attempted to manipulate the Prize Draw or otherwise acted fraudulently.
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, corrupted, incomplete or not received as a result of technical problems outside its reasonable control.
The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, suspend or amend the Prize Draw where circumstances outside its reasonable control make this unavoidable.
The Promoter’s decision regarding the administration of the Prize Draw is final.
12. Liability
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.
To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter will not be responsible for any loss, damage or injury arising from acceptance or use of the prize, except where caused by the Promoter’s negligence or where liability cannot legally be excluded.
13. Governing law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales and are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
