Shipping
We freshly roast our coffee every day and the first batch of the day is still roasted by our founder, Kurt. Any orders placed before midnight (Monday to Thursday) are despatched on the next working day. Orders placed on Friday will be despatched on Monday (excluding Bank Holidays). Shipping charges are calculated based on the items in your cart and the delivery address. Your coffee is delivered via Royal Mail, PackFleet or DHL. Please note that once dispatched, we are no longer liable for address changes. Please contact the courier directly if you need to change the shipping address.
Delivery Charges
- Royal Mail 2-4 Working Days Tracked - £3.25 (Free delivery over £35)
- DHL 2 Working Days Tracked (Same Day Dispatch Before 12pm) - £5.50*
*T's & C's:
- Cut off for same day dispatch is 12pm.
- Only be available on working days (orders made on Saturday or Sunday with DHL will ship on Monday)
- Not available for equipment orders
Free Delivery
- Free UK mainland delivery on orders over £35 and all subscriptions (48hr Royal Mail)
Letterbox Friendly Packaging
- If you only purchase 4 boxes of pods, they will be delivered in letter box friendly packaging
- If you only purchase 1x 200g of coffee, it will be delivered in a letter box friendly sleeve
All other coffee orders are not letterbox friendly but you will be able to let your courier know a safe place once you have received the tracking details.
International Delivery
Customs have strict importing regulations which are outside our control and have caused problems when trying to ship our coffee to customers in countries including Qatar, Mexico, some countries in Africa and the Middle East. For the full list of countries we cannot currently ship to, please contact us.
If you are sending coffee to any European or rest of the world country, you will be charged between £10.00 and £20.00 for delivery at checkout - depending on location.
Returns
As coffee is a perishable product, we're unable to take any returns once dispatched. However, we recommend trying a 200g bag on your first order and if you don't like it, you can return it via our can Taste Guarantee policy.
For accessories, we can only take returns if the item is unused and in resellable condition 30 days after purchase. This includes the packaging as well as the item. You will need to cover the cost of the return to our warehouse. If the item is returned to us is not in a resellable condition, we will return it to you. Warranties
We offer the standard 1-year warranty on our accessories from Sage, Baratza, Wilfa, Izpresso, Dualit and Morning. Contact us and we'll put you in touch with the relevant supplier.
