Gender Equality Plan

At Volcano Coffee Works, we believe everyone deserves a fair shot. That means building a workplace where people can join, contribute, develop and progress regardless of gender.

Our Gender Equality Plan 2026–2029, endorsed by the Board of Full Steam Espresso Ltd, sets out how we'll make that happen: clear ownership, fair recruitment and pay, flexible working that never holds a career back, zero tolerance for harassment, and an annual review of the data to keep us honest.
