The specialty coffee industry is growing rapidly at 13% YOY in the UK. This is fuelled by over 45% of consumers who will now pay more for coffee that benefits the growers. Lockdowns in 2020 have caused even more consumers to adopt specialty coffee drinking habits both in and out-of-home.

We're proudly London based but on the looking for talented and entrepreneurial partners to help us satisfy demand nationwide. What do I need?

We are looking for driven individuals to join our independent sales team. We will provide the tools and support necessary to give you this business platform, including training, development and access to our industry experts.

For the right person, this role will provide the flexibility, autonomy and empowerment to own and drive your own success.

You are deeply committed to providing an exceptional customer experience, and always go above and beyond to respond to customer needs
You thrive in Sales and Account Management roles
You are looking to be a part of a growing company and community that gives flexibility and autonomy
You may have other side hustles and we fully support that
You are ambitious and driven, and growing a business for yourself is extremely motivating.
You have experience working in speciality coffee (ability to train baristas and familiarity with machine maintenance are bonuses). (Desirable only).

Rewards and perks are tracked via customer email addresses, and there is a limit of one rewards account per customer. Points or perks cannot be shared or transferred between customers. Reward perk tiers reset each year on your anniversary of joining the program, you must earn your way through the tiers each year to unlock the perks and rewards granted per tier.
