The priority at WeWork is keeping members safe, and the below outlines the processes we have put in place to ensure this happens.

Our Commitment to Food Safety and Allergen Care
- Quality Ingredients: We carefully select our milk suppliers who prioritise allergen safety
- Food Safety: Ensuring our stations meet these standards to ensure members are safe
- Staff training: Our team are all trained in the correct processes to follow with regular quality checks
- Allergen Protocol: We follow strict protocols within our barista stations to prevent cross-contamination. Our care extends from having an allergen sign displayed, to making your order with the correct steam wands, jugs and cloths, through to brewing and handing your drink back to you
- Clear Labelling: We believe in transparency - our baristas will mark your drinks with a blue and yellow colour system should you have an allergy. This will ensure the correct handling and process is followed each time – blue is always dairy, yellow is always oat
- Feedback: We encourage a feedback loop between WeWork members and Volcano Coffee Works to ensure we are completely focused on quality and consistency
