Founded in 2010 we now operate two market leading brands, employ 32 passionate, committed people and supply wholesale partners in every corner of the world. 

We are committed to working with farmers and their coffee-growing communities to increase the quality and hence the value of their product. At the same time, we only work with partners and importers who actively engage in promoting sustainability and community based improvements.

POSTION DESCRIPTION 

  • Be responsible for generating new wholesale business across predefined channels including the UK's leading cafes, restaurants, groups and retail.

  • Work within the sales team reporting directly to Head of Commercial 

  • Identify and propose new growth segment opportunities inline with emerging markets

  • Work collaboratively with other departments to deliver our target business growth

  • Actively plan and report lead generation ideally among existing contacts while perpetually growing a network of industry peers

  • Represent Volcano Coffee Works with integrity at various events including tastings, trade shows and festivals

  • Occasional weekend work may be required and occasional travel around the UK and Europe. 


DESIRABLE 

  • 2 Years sales experience within the speciality coffee industry  (2 Years Sales experience within the Food & Beverage industry is considered)

  • Understanding of the speciality coffee market 

  • Experience in relationship management and customers service 

  • Awareness of the consumer goods market. 

  • Full UK Driver's License
