We're seeking a Finance Manager to join Volcano Coffee Works.
Working alongside the Finance Director, the Finance Manager will maintain the day-to-day financial functions and oversight of the business.

Job Description
We are looking for someone to play a key role in the Finance team at Volcano Coffee Works. Working alongside the Finance Director, you will maintain the day-to-day financial functions and oversight of the business.
Your role will include delivery and management of:
- Accounts Receivable including Credit Control
- Accounts Payable
- Setting up electronic payment runs to suppliers for approval
- Banking and Bank Reconciliations
- Maintenance of our Fixed Asset Register
- Inventory management
- Month End Reporting including accruals, prepayments, reconciliation of balance sheet accounts, divisional P&L reporting
- Management of PO generated by the team
- Expenses Management
- Payroll and HR administration
- Streamlining the finance systems and processes
- VAT returns and submissions
- Managing and developing our Finance Assistant
Key Responsibilities
- Form a close working relationship with the FD, leadership team
- Be responsible for managing and reporting on cash flow on weekly basis, including a forward-looking forecast for the short-term and full year
- Support the FD in managing Financial reporting to the Board
- Work with FD to analyse profit centred reporting by channel
- Play a key role in budgeting and planning processes
- Support the FD and Management Team in the delivery of consistent HR Policies

Able to produce financial modelling using tools such as Excel |
Oversight or managment of basic HR responsibilities and administrative responsibilities (Rates, Utilities) |
